This website (theblue.cy) is operated by Future of Wellness Ltd., trading as The Blue («we», «us», «our»), a company incorporated in Cyprus with company registration number HE 439838 and having its registered office at Vasileos Georgiou A, 125, Flat Office 12, Germasogeia, 4048 Limassol, Cyprus.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you interact with The Blue (this website, our newsletter, our events, our advisory services), why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation («GDPR») and Cyprus data protection law.

3. Personal data we collect

  • Information you give us — when you fill in a form (intro call, application, newsletter subscription), we collect the fields you provide: typically name, email, company, role, and any free-text you submit.
  • Information about your use of the site — through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy): IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, referring URL.
  • Information from third parties — when we engage with you commercially, we may add publicly available information (company information, LinkedIn profile) to your contact record in our CRM (HubSpot).

4. Why we process your data (lawful basis)

  • To respond to your enquiry — when you book a call or submit a form (lawful basis: pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
  • To deliver our services — when you become a client or member (lawful basis: contract).
  • To send the Blue Note newsletter — only with your consent at signup (lawful basis: consent; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email).
  • To improve the site and our services — analytics, audience understanding (lawful basis: legitimate interest, with consent for non-essential cookies).
  • To comply with legal obligations — tax, accounting, regulatory (lawful basis: legal obligation).

5. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our operations, and only as needed for them to do so. Current processors include:

  • HubSpot, Inc. — CRM and marketing automation (form submissions, contact records, newsletter delivery).
  • Google LLC — analytics and workspace (email, drive, calendar).
  • HOSTiQ.ua (Hosting Ukraine LLC) — website hosting (servers in the EU).

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved by the European Commission.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not share personal data with advertising networks.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days for audit purposes.
  • Form submissions and CRM contact records — for as long as we maintain a commercial relationship, plus 7 years for legal/tax compliance.
  • Website analytics — typically 26 months.

7. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; ask us to delete data; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent (where consent is the lawful basis); and request portability of data you have given us.

To exercise any of these rights, write to cio@theblue.cy. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy) or your local supervisory authority in the EEA.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected individuals and the regulator within 72 hours of any breach that creates a risk to your rights, as required by GDPR.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The «Last updated» date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified to subscribers and clients by email.
