Co-Founder & CIO
Tetiana brings over 15 years of strategic consulting and capital advisory experience to The Blue, specializing in fundraising operations, M&A strategy, and organizational development for founders, family offices, and impact organizations.
Based in Ukraine, she founded and operates multiple ventures including a strategic consulting practice serving business owners, The Blue Academy (executive education platform), and family office advisory services. Her expertise spans foresight methodology, strategic planning, and institutional capacity building across Ukrainian and European markets.
Before founding The Blue, Tetiana developed comprehensive fundraising strategies for Ukrainian NGOs during wartime conditions, structured complex M&A transactions for B2B software companies, and designed legacy management frameworks for multi-generational family businesses. She holds a background in strategic foresight and has worked with organizations including the World Bank, UNIDO, and leading Ukrainian educational institutions.
At The Blue, Tetiana architects the fundraising operations, investor relations frameworks, and strategic positioning that bridge longevity science and capital markets.
Alena Shaidulina
Co-Founder & CEO
Alena is the founder of Future of Wellness Group and a recognized leader at the intersection of wellness, longevity, science, and conscious business leadership.
With over 18 years of experience spanning business management, international communications, architecture, marketing, and event curation, Alena has built one of Europe’s most trusted platforms connecting wellness thought leaders, longevity researchers, and impact-driven investors. Based in Cyprus, she has organized global gatherings featuring speakers from Stanford, Harvard, Singularity University, and collaborations with Dan Buettner (Blue Zones) and leading neuroscientists.
Her career evolved from corporate architecture and urban development through international roles in New York, Milan, and Australia to founding the «Yoga and Science» conference in 2017 — the foundation of what became Future of Wellness.
At The Blue, Alena leads ecosystem development, event strategy, and scientific community relationships, ensuring that every gathering reflects the highest standards of scientific rigor and human-centered design.
